Hillel Place Plaza was a report conducted for the Flatbush Junction Business Improvement District. It details the process of community outreach and assessment for the district and later goes into recommendations for the future of the junction. The recommendations center around a DOT plaza project to turn Hillel Place into a pedestrian only plaza. These recommendations were achieved through community based approach to design in which we engage the stakeholders of an area to determine what they need from their public space.
